Purpose of the Site

This is a private reference resource, not a government system. It stores no official custody, booking, court, or corrections records and cannot verify custody, release a person, or file papers with an agency or court.

The site directs visitors toward public Jackson County and West Virginia resource paths and may connect them with outside research tools. It does not make those sources part of this site.

It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use information from the site or a linked tool for any FCRA-regulated purpose, including:

• Hiring, firing, or other employment action.
• Tenant or housing screening.
• Creditworthiness determinations or insurance premiums.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other use governed by the FCRA or similar screening law.

Outside Resources

Links may point to government portals, jail and court resources, corrections sites, legal-help material, and external search providers. We do not control or endorse their content, privacy practices, data, availability, or terms. Review each destination's terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantee is made that any page, link, contact detail, or search result will be current, complete, uninterrupted, or free from error, defect, or security issue.
